We’re your hardcore, old-school gym with a new gloss, where people are not focused on just spending time but on real results. The advantage of our gym is a successful combination of old school traditions with the working atmosphere and intense layout of the state-of-the-art equipment of new generation for all athletic levels: from beginners to PRO athletes. Besides a usual wide line of the strength equipment, plate-loaded machines, free weights, cardio and equipment for functional training there is a unique set of necessary machines which you won't find in other gyms.

Our atmosphere and music will fuel your motivation and dedication the first second you open the door. From inspirational pictures on the wall to excellent professional equipment are all there for one reason to provide you with the hardcore environment that’s going to push you beyond your limits.

We removed the limitations other gyms have on weight sizes. You won’t hear any noise complaints here.

PERSONAL TRAINERS

We have the best certified trainers around that are here to help you reach your goals. In our team, we have NPC competitors and IFBB professional athletes that will get you in the best shape of your life! They also specialize in getting you prepped for your next bodybuilding or fitness competition. Our personal trainers speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
